Heat the oil on the pan, add onion, ginger and garlic paste to it.

Add carrot into, and add water, season with the salt, pepper, curry, thyme and maggi for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are done.

Lightly oil the grates of grill with small oil, put the sausage and close the lid cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently to brown on all sides remove from the grill and set aside.

Lay the shawarma bread on a cutting board and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, top with the mixture, than place sausage on top tightly roll up. Set the pan over medium heat than add the sausage wraps, cook for 3-4 minutes or untill they are golden brown, flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.

Transfer the wraps to a cutting board and use knife to cut into pieces, skewer 3 pieces of wrap onto each skewer. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
