  1. 1

    Wash, peel and slice the potatoes into finger chips. Place in cold water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the finger chips, deep fry in batches until golden brown and crisp.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt on top. Serve hot with ketchup.
