Peri Peri Potato Twister

For peri peri masala mix all ingredients well and keep aside.

For twisters wash potatoes well. No need to peel it. Now place a skewer from bottom to the top of the potatoes lengthwise. Now with the help of sharp knife cut it in spiral shape by slowly rotating it. Keep ot in salted water for 5 min.

Now in a bowl mix refined flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, kashmiri chilli powder and water to make a batter. Coat the spirals with batter by pouring batter with the help of a spoon.

Heat oil in a pan and fry spirals till golden brown. Sprinkle peri peri masala over the spirals. Garnish with mayo and tomato ketchup. Crispy potato spirals are ready to serve.
