Moist & Fluffy Steamed Bread (Double Chocolate Flavor)

I wanted to make steamed bread with rice flour, but I wasn't satisfied with the results but they were fine with wheat flour. After trial and error, I came up with a recipe using rice powder"Gateau au Chocolat Steamed Bread with Rice Flour"
Just cover the lid of the steamer with a towel. When cool, wrap the bread and store at room temperature. These are easy and can be made in about 15 minutes. Recipe by Asamato

Heat the steamer to prepare.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, vegetable oil and milk.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the bowl.

Add the chocolate chips.

Place cupcake liners in the ramekins and pour in the batter.

Steam at high heat for 10 minutes.

These are still moist the next day, so they're perfect for lunches.
