Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Cut chicken breast into either goujons or nuggets whatever you prefer.

Crack egg and whisk it with a fork.

Dip chicken into flour. Shake off the excess then soak in the egg. Then drop it into a bowl of Panko until completely covered

Add to a tray. Either greased or covered in tin foil. Either way I would add oil to the tray/foil to help crisp them up

Put in the oven for around 20-25mins. Turning once half way.
