Molten Chocolate Cake

I created this because my friend really wanted to eat it.
I used sweet chocolate, but when you are using normal chocolate, please decrease the amount of granulated sugar. The baking time differs depending on the oven and mold, but even if you cook it too long, you can enjoy it as a chocolate cake. Recipe by ko-ko

Steps
- 1
Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder together. Preheat the oven for 180℃.
- 2
Put the chocolate and butter into a bowl, and melt over a double boiler.
- 3
Add the eggs and granulated sugar into a separate bowl, and whip. Place the bowl over the double boiler and whip some more.
- 4
When it comes to body temperature, remove from the double boiler. Whip some more until stiff peaks form.
- 5
Add the Step ② melted chocolate mixture into Step ④, and fold it in from the bottom of the bowl so that the mixture is evenly blended.
- 6
Sift the Step ① dry ingredients into Step ⑤, and mix well. It's ok to add it all at once.
- 7
Pour into the cups, and bake in the oven preheated to 180℃ for 10 ~ 12 minutes.
- 8
I cooked in muffin cups in this picture. The baking time was 8 ~ 10 minutes.
- 9
And done.
- 10
When you scoop with a spoon, the soft and melting chocolate comes out.
