In a pan add oil and then onions

Fry it until they are light brown, then add tomatoes along with all ingredients except zeera, ginger garlic paste, salt

Add water and cook it for 20 minutes on medium flame until the tomatoes are cooked and the oil is seen in at the edges of the pan. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, zeera and chicken. Cook it on medium flame until the chicken changes color

Peel turnip and with the help of a hand slicer start adding the slices into the pan

It's a very quick process and the turinp is very good and tender by this method

Slice the trunip mix it and cover it for 40 minutes on very low flame

The turinp release its own water so no need to add water. Garnish it with green chill and fresh dhania. Delicious and yummy Shuljam gosht is ready to be served with raita and salad 😍
