In a large pot add meat, water, Seasoning, onions,spices allow to cook. Checking regularly and add hot or warm water when necessary.

When cooked your meat with be soft and flaky and the liquid will be gone

Add oil to meat and start frying stirring constantly until it turns golden brown. Drain and let sit for Abou 2 hours to drain. If desired sprinkle pepper or serve aside. Enjoy 😉
