Made this for Valentine lunch. A dish that gives you taste as well as is healthy. Enjoy this dish with Roti/ Kulcha/ Naan

Wash and clean all mushroom properly and cut it into slices. Now heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and saute mushrooms adding little salt and 1/2 tsp kasuri methi for 2 minutes on low flame. Then remove it and keep it aside.

Now in same pan, little oil must be left. Add garlic, onions, cashews, clove, cinnamon and elaichi and cook till onions are cooked well. (Turns little brown).

Now add tomatoes and salt and cook till tomatoes are mushy. Add little water and cover and cook well.

Cool down the mixture and put it into mixture and grind it into fine paste.

Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp kasuri methi, turmeric powder, dhanya jeera powder, red chilli powder. Mix and add the grinded paste to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes till it starts releasing oil. Now add little water and add curd mixing it properly.

Adjust the consistency by adding water and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the sauted mushrooms and again cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti, naan or kulcha
