Moong dal chilla

Wash green moong dal properly and keep it for rest for 6 to 7 hours

Put green chilli and this dal in mixer and grind it

Now add salt and red chilli powder and ginger Garlic paste

Now mix it properly. Now if you think there is need of water at some water in the better.

Take one pan at small amount of oil and now add the better of chilla on the pan. And cover it.

After 1 minute flip the chilla. As you need you can oil on the edges of the chilla
- 7
Now wait for some Crispyness and your chilla is ready.
