Homemade Milkcake with dry milk

Take milk powder and ghee in a steel box which has a tight lid. Mix little water to make a lump free batter.

Consistency of batter shouldn't be very thick or runny either.
Cover the box with its lid properly.

Now pour a glass of water in a big pressure cooker. Keep a stand in as we keep for making Dhokla)

Put steel box of mixture on the stand and cover your pressure cooker with whistle.

Keeping on low flame let 5-6 whistles come.
Switch off the flame
Let the pressure release
Take out the steel box carefully as it will be hot. - 6
Let it cool
Pour the contents in a pan Add sugar and keep stirring to avoid burning.

Once sugar is absorbed,you will get nice brown colour khoya.

Set it in a greased heart shaped silicon container or plate and let it cool.

Garnish with slivered pistachio and sprinkle some cardamom powder too.

Since it’s Valentine’s Day decorate with some rose petals.
