Cut and small, thick and crusty, eggless tarts with fruits cream form a great base for desserts. Ours is an Indian style eggless tart made of flour, and butter, eggless tart shells are baked with a filling which can be sweet.

Cut and small, thick and crusty, eggless tarts with fruits cream form a great base for desserts. Ours is an Indian style eggless tart made of flour, and butter, eggless tart shells are baked with a filling which can be sweet.

First make the tart. Pulse the butter, sugar, and flour in the mixing bowl.

Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks.

Futher add chopped fruits as you like. And mix it.

Pour into the tart shell and refrigerate for 2 hours to set or overnight.

Lightly sprinkle pistachios and serve it...
