  4. 1Danone Pearl yogurt
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1vanilla packet

  8. 1/2 cupcoconut
  9. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  10. For the cream:
  11. 2 cupsmilk (about 1/2 liter)
  12. 3heaping tablespoons cornstarch
  13. 3 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  14. Vanilla
  15. 2triangle cheese portions or Kiri cheese
  16. Plain yogurt
  17. For decoration:
  18. Jam
  19. Coconut
  20. Grated dark chocolate

    In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, a packet of vanilla, and a pinch of salt with an electric mixer until the eggs double in size and turn white. Add 1/2 cup oil and mix well, then add Danone Pearl yogurt and mix.

    Using a hand mixer, add 1/2 cup coconut, 1 cup flour, and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured amazing mold and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until cooked through.

    Remove from heat and add 2 triangle cheese portions and plain yogurt, stirring well until combined. Pour directly into the cake's cavity and let it cool. Decorate with grated chocolate or as desired.

    Take it out of the oven and decorate the sides of the cake with jam and coconut. Set aside and prepare the cream: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups milk, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and a packet of vanilla. Mix well with cold milk, then heat while stirring until the mixture starts to boil.
