Cheesy Chicken Thigh Teriyaki

I always put cheese on top of my usual chicken teriyaki because my daughter loves it. I came up with this on the spot.
If using 1 small chicken thigh, you can use 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sake, and mirin, plus 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Don't discard the juices from the chicken.
Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.

Once the chicken has finished cooking, add the ★ ingredients and cook on high heat while coating the chicken with the sauce.

Top with cheese and cover with a lid until the cheese melts. Serve on a dish and garnish with parsley.
