Take some oil and roast cumin seeds.now add onion and green chilli

Just after state for 2 minutes add all the spices and mix well.cook 1 minute and add tomato

Now after softened the whole mixture just immediately add diced shitakes and cook to make just soft.

Optionally if you add chopped nuts it make more flavorful to it.
