  • 1 cupgrated papaya
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack salt
  • as requiredChopped cashews & raisins
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    In a pan add 1cup water and 1/2 cup sugar. Mixed well,now add 1 cup grated papaya. Add salt as per taste.

    Cover it for 7-8 mints. Now add chopped raisin &cashew. Again cover for 2 mints.

    Atlast add 1tbsp lemon juice. Mixed it. Turn off the flame and add 1 pinch black salt.
