Kadai Paneer
Steps

Take a Kadai add cardamom, red chillies, pepper, coriander seeds and fenugreek leaves dry roast in slow flame. Cool down 10 minutes and make a course powder.

Take a Kadai add butter, Cumin seeds and Kadai Masala few minutes. Add onion till light golden colour. Add ginger garlic paste cook till raw small gone. Add tomatoes till mashed.

Add all masalas. Add cashew nuts paste and water cooked 8 to 10 minutes. Add capsicums and Paneer cook few minutes and then add coriander leaves and butter.

Kadai Paneer ready to serve. It's go with Chappathi, Parotta, Naan and rice.
