Soak one cup moong dal for minimum 3 hours.

Drain it well in a strainer.

Chop onion green chilli and coriander.

Grind the moong dal without water in a jar to smooth consistency.

Now add the chopped onion salt jeera ginger garlic paste and coriander.

Mix it well with the ground moong dal.

Now take small bites and roll them in your hands if required wet the hands and make nice smooth balls.

Fry it on a low medium flame till crispy.
