This is a sandwich my friend has been enjoying since childhood. She realized, she hadn't had it as an adult. When she told me about this, I was also rather surprised and so I tried to make it. My family loves it, too, so with her permission, I uploaded this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Coat both slices of bread with a thin layer of blueberry jam. Sandwich the ham between the jammed sides and enjoy.

I ended up putting cheese in as well. It was sweet and salty, a great combination. Please give it a try.
