2 tbsp oil mein bhindi fry kar ke alag nikal lain. Us oil ko use nahi karna baad mein.

1/4 cup oil mein zeera piyaz dalen jab transparent ho jae to tamatar, namak, mirch aur haldi dal ke bhon lain.

Masale mein fry ki hui bhindi dalen aur green chilli dal ke 2 minutes ke liye dam pe rakh dain. Roti ke sath serve karen.
