Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

Gradually add the butter, cut into small cubes, and mix until smooth.

Once the butter is fully melted into the chocolate, remove the bowl from the heat. Add the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar, and mix well.

Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.

Remove from the fridge and shape the mixture into small balls by hand, then roll them in shredded coconut (or your choice of coating).
