Ingredients

  1. 1Whole egg
  2. 5 tbspCake flour
  3. 4 tbspSugar
  4. 600 mlSoy milk (or milk)
  5. 3drops Vanilla Oil (or Vanilla Extract)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add the whole egg, cake flour, and sugar into a heatproof bowl, and mix well with a whisk.

  2. 2

Add the soy milk, and mix well. First, add it slowly so the mixture won't get lumpy.

  3. 3

Microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W without plastic wrap, and mix with the whisk. Repeat this 2 more times.

  4. 4

When the edges of the cream start to thicken, microwave for 2 minutes. When it has the right consistency, add the vanilla oil, and mix well. If it's still runny, microwave for another 1 minute.

  5. 5

If you have time, strain the cream in a sieve. Tightly cover the surface of the cream with plastic wrap so that it won't form a film, and let it cool. Keep the wrap on when you store it as well.
