Easily Made in the Microwave! Custard Made With a Whole Egg

I wanted to make this to put on my pancakes. I used the rest for sweets
It uses a whole egg, so there's no waste, and since it's made in the microwave, you can easily make it!

Beat the egg well.
After removing it from the microwave, beat it really well again!

Cooking Instructions

This time, I used soy milk. Crack an egg open into a bowl and mix well with the soy milk. Add the sugar and flour and mix well.

Heat in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes, remove from the microwave, and mix well. Heat again in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes and mix well to finish.

Note - If it is lumpy, try combining the flour and sugar in the bowl first and mix together well with a whisk before adding the soy milk and egg.

Note - You can also mix the egg and soy milk first, then mix the flour and sugar together in a bag before adding it to the bowl. Either way is fine.
