Boil and peel arbi,grind onion tomato ginger garlic and red chilli together

Heat oil add zeera,1 onion chopped saute till golden now add onion tomato paste, add Chana dal cook till tender,now add arbi,cook further.

Add garam masala, Kasuri methi,dhania powder add desired amount of water,to keep the gravy thin.cook till oil floats.
