As the pandemic again is going to hit us, please make sure you eat healthy and Yummy, so these days I got indulge into some healthy recipes, because it makes me feel healthy in and out.
Steps

Take 100 gms paneer/ cottage cheese, pour in some soy sauce, Vinegar,butter, salt As per taste and coat them well like this.

Now take a pan add some butter and cook them until they turn golden brown and cooked from both the sides.

Now time to stir fry the vegetables add some butter to a pan then add in your favourite vegetables

Add bell pepper, mushroom, baby corn, sweet corn, broccoli etc

Then add in black pepper powder, soy sauce,ginger garlic paste salt as/ taste, give a good mix and cook well.

Don't overcook let the vegetables retain their crunchiness.

Now take a big salad bowl place some lettuce leaf, add Vegetables and some paneer/ tufu pieces and mix well with the veggies.

Sprinkle some white sesame seed and enjoy with Mojito, Garlic bread
