Add oil in a pan then add cumin seeds and curry leaves then add potatoes and fry for 5 mints then add slice tomatoes and simmer for 5 mints

Then add all spices and salt and fry then add water and cover until potatoes tenderise

Garnish Coriander and green chillies and serve..
