Take a pan add oil,bhendi fry well.

Add tomatoes,greenchillis mix it well.

Add turmeric,coriander powder,salt.

Add tamarind cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with cover the lid.

Add water.cook on medium flame.

After 5 minutes.switch off the flame.crush the bhendi mixture.

Take a pan add oil,mustard,onions.

Fry well.add crushed mixture.cooked on medium to high flame.

The bhendi bhajji was ready to serve them.it is a best combination of ragi sangati,rice.
