2 tspKatakuriko
1Soy sauce

Gently rinse the potato, drain, then microwave until tender.

Peel the potato, add the katakuriko, then knead well (you could use your hands.)

Shape into small oval patties.

Lightly brown in frying pan with vegetable oil.
