  • 2 cupsbeef/mutton/chicken mince
  • 4 tablespoonstikka masala
  • 1/2-1/2 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cuppizza cheese
  • 1 tablespoonred n green capsicum cube cut
  • 1Egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauce pan me cooking oil dal ke gram karyn.

  2. 2

    Ginger garlic paste dal ke sauté karyn phr qeema add kardyn aur tikka masala dal ke bhon lyn.

  3. 3

    Jab qeema achi trhan se bhoon jay to usy room temperature par thanda karlyn.

  4. 4

    Puff pastry ko square shape me cut karlyn.

  5. 5

    1 tablespoon qeemy ki filling karyn aur puff pastry ko achi trhan lock kar ke fork ki help se shape dein dyn.

  6. 6

    Egg wash kar ke chesse aur capsicum lagayn 15 minutes tak 220 par bake karlyn

  7. 7
