3 tbspBesan
Half tsp salt
Half tsp black pepper
Half tspzeera
1/4th tsp of soda
5-6big green chillies
3 tspchat masala

Wash the chillies properly, and cut them from between, and fill them with chat masala.

Now on the other hand, take besan for the flour and only add salt, soda, zeera and black pepper. Make a smooth better, dip the chilli in the batter and off to fry.

Fry them well,, until golden brown.. Sprinkle chat masala over it.
