In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.

Add butter into the dry mixture. Blender with a fork or a pastry blender until mixture until it reaches a coarse texture, being careful not to over mix. If using chopped pecans, sprinkle over butter mixture. Use as a topping over muffins, coffee cakes, pies, etc.

Store unused portions in airtight container in freezer
