  1. 1brinjal
  2. 1 cupgram flour (baisan)
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tbsp green coriander chopped
  8. Water as required

    Strain the gramflour in a bowl add some water to make batter then mix all ingredients and mix well
