  1. Packetcooked mussel frozen
  2. 1onion chopped fine
  3. 3green chillies
  4. Teaspoonblack pepper crushed
  5. Teaspoonturmeric
  6. Teaspoonfine salt
  7. Teaspoonchilli powder
  8. Tablespoonchopped coriander
  9. Fresh cream or coconut cream
  10. Cupand a half tap water or white wine for adults
  11. 3 clovesgarlic
  12. Tablespoonrama butter

    Steam mussels with water or wine.

  2. 2

    Add salt green chillies, pepper,garlic, turmeric and chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Once mussels all opened add cream and rama or butter.

  4. 4

    Cook till liquid reduced,add coriander and serve with fresh rolls enjoy.
