In a pan melt the margarine and sugar on low heat and let it cool.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs and add cinnamon powder and salt to it.

Pour all the wet ingredients in a larger mixing bowl and whisk to form a consistent mixture

Sieve the flour in a separate bowl

Slowly add the flour into the butter mixture while whisking continuously until all the flour is used up.

If the batter isn't of pouring consistency, add in the milk and keep whisking.

Line a pan, pour the batter in it and set it aside.

Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees for 10-15minutes.
Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. - 9
Cool it on a cooling rack and serve with a cup of tea.
