Make a simple white Forrest cake without cherries... Cake is very creamy and soft....

Firstly sieve flour, sugar, baking powder and soda twin's a time. Further beat curd, make the smooth.

Further, add sieve flour into the smooth curd and mix cut and fold method. Now add the required milk mix with a light hand.

Now pour batter into the greased tin and bake into the preheated Kadai. And bake for 30 minutes or until completely baked. And keep aside for cool down.

Now beat whipping cream until stiff peak. Further cool cake divide into three layers.

Brush first lay from sugar syrup, then spread whipped cream. Repeat remaining layers and finally whole cream spread upon whole cake and decorate with whipping cream with the help of piping bag.

Garnish with golden balls and some chocolate strips. Keep refrigerator before serving at least 2 hours.
