  • 200 gbeef
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preboil the beef in salt

  2. 2

    Brown the beef in cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add onions in the browning beef and stir until soft and translucent

  4. 4

    Add the blanched tomatoes and let it cook

  5. 5

    Let it simmer for around 3 minutes while covered

  6. 6

    Serve hot with Ugali
