Ginger is a natural immunity booster. Enjoy this yummy & healthy Ginger Syrup.
Steps

Peel off the ginger skin, wash and dry it. Chop it into small pieces.

Add the chopped ginger to a sauce -pan with water and boil it for 15 mins.
- 3
Strain the ginger juice and pour it into a sauce-pan again. Add sugar and boil it till it reduces to a syrup consistency.

Turn off the stove, let it cool and pour it into a bottle or a bowl. This syrup can be store for about a month.
