Ingredients

6-7 servings
  • 3potatoes boiled
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupTamarind pulp
  • 6'7 Karri patta
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds crushed
  • 1 tspkashmiri lal mirch
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 2-3tbsp jaggery/sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes.peel and cut into cubes

    In a pan add oil and ginger garlic paste.frybfpr 1 min then add curry patta.

    Now add all the masalas and pulp.mix well.

    Add potatoes mix and cook on medoum flame for 5-6 mins.
