કેરી ના ટુકડા કરી લો..મિક્સર જાર માં કેરી ના ટુકડા નાખો.ફુદીનો,ખાંડ,મીઠું,સંચળ નાખો..

પેસ્ટ રેડી કરો..ગ્લાસ માં 2 ચમચી પેસ્ટ નાખો..ઠંડુ પાણી નાખો..બરફ ના પીસ નાખી સર્વ કરો..તો રેડી છે કાચી કેરી નું શરબત..જે સ્વાદ માં ખુબજ સરસ લાગે છે.. ઉનાળા માં ગરમી માં ઠંડક આપે છે..લુ નથી લાગતી..
