It is a simple and healthy pancakes made with besan. It can be served in breakfast as well as can be served as evening snacks also.

In a bowl add besan, cumin seeds and salt.

Now add water and make a smooth batter, let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Now add onion, tomato, ginger, green chilli and coriander, mix well to get flowing consistency batter.

Take a non-stick pan or tawa, brush oil on tawa, pour a ladle full of batter on pan and spread it.

Let it cook on medium flame, now flip and cook other side.

Besan chila is ready to serve hot with sauce or chutney.
