Wash the potatoes and peel. Now give them french fries cut.

Now soak the potatoes in salt water

Add besan and all the spices in a bowl.

Now add water to it.add water until it turns into a thick paste.

Now add spinach and onion and mix well.

Preheat the oil.

Now add potates in the mixture coat well and then fry.
