Dry roast cumin seed, red chillies, curry leaves

Put it in mixi jar, add fried chenna dal, peanut and grind coarsely

In a bowl, add all the flour, ground mixture, salt, mix well, add hot oil, combine everything,

Add water little by little and mix well like chappathi mix and divide balls

Spread a greased butter paper, take a ball press with hand and then roll like thick roti

Cut your desire shape and fry by batch. Once cool store it in air tight jar, and you can keep for 1 month

Enjoy the healthy snack with evening tea or coffee.
