Chicken & Green Bean Stir Fry
Comes together quickly for an easy weeknight meal.
Cooking Instructions

Begin by placing chicken in a large bowl. Add desired seasonings.

Add in the corn starch and stir until fully coated.

In a large skillet or wok heat up a little vegetable oil. Once heated, add half of the chicken pieces making sure to spread out for even cooking.

Cook until crisped and fully cooked.
Place chicken on paper towel lined plate to soak up grease. Repeat with remaining chicken. - 5
Add a little more vegetable oil to skillet and add in your sliced peppers.

Saute until tender. Add in minced garlic.

Steam your green beans in microwave until tender. Add to the skillet.

Stir in the bottle of Stir Fry sauce.

Add sesame seeds and allow to simmer on low until rice is ready.

Place rice in large pot with the 4 cups of broth and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil then cover with lid and reduce heat to medium low. Continue until rice is cooked.

Serve chicken on top of rice. Enjoy!
