Hyderabadi Special Anda Bondas

It's an Iftaar special streetfood treat here in Hyderabad during the Holy Month of Ramadan. It's actually a must-have during these days and is relished with any Chutney of one's own choice. And i don't think it's made anywhere else in the Country as much as here. One of my family's favourite Chutney is that of Mint and Lehsun (Garlic). You can treat your loved ones with any accompaniment as desired. These scrumptious Bondas made with boiled Eggs and Gram Flour are a great way to enjoy Iftaar meals. Not only are they easily done, but they are also absolutely delectable. Everyone will definitely love these delicious Bondas because of their lovely texture and flavour. You can use Anardana or Dry Pomegranate Kernels or even Lemon juice instead of Amchur. It's purely optional and can be skipped if desired.

Steps
- 1
Make a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned for the batter. The use of water depends upon the quality of the Gram Flour or Besan used. Therefore use it accordingly. Meanwhile, boil eggs and cut them into halves. As a result, we get two scrumptious Bondas from one each.
- 2
Beat the batter well with a spoon or a whisk so that it mixes really well. And fluffy, super spongy Bondas will be the outcome of it. Set aside for 15 minutes. Dip each of the Egg halves into this batter and deep fry a few at a time in hot oil on a low to medium-high heat.
- 3
Serve them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
