Steps

In a bowl take ½ cup Sugar, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, and ½ cup Ghee.

Mix it and then whisk it well till it becomes fluffy.

Add vanilla essence, Wheat flour, and Semolina.

Mix it nicely. With this mixture make small balls and keep them on a well-greased tray.

In a preheated oven bake for 20 - 25minutes at 180° C.

Enjoy these wholesome Walnut, Wheat, and Semolina Cookies with Tea, Coffee, or a Hot Cup of Milk.
