2 pieceKouya Tofu(freeze-dried Tofu)7×5×2cm square
100 gminced pork

1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
3 piecegreen onion

Steps

Put Kouya Tofu in water for 30 minutes

This is Kouya Tofu

Squeeze water and cut and divide in 4 pieces

Mix well minced pork, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger and chopped green onion.

Put meat dough on Tofu

Put it in mixed egg

Fry in oil both side till brown.
