Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gdark chocolate
  2. 3egg yolks
  3. 6egg whites
  4. 1/3 cupicing sugar (40g)
  5. 10 clwhipping cream
  6. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Melt chocolate with whipping cream in a sauce pan.

    Let cool and then stir in egg yolks.

  3. 3

    Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt to soft peaks. Then gradually add icing sugar and continue whipping until firm.

    Incorporate egg whites in the chocolate.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for two hours
