Lauki tamatar juice is very healthy and nutritious. It act as a coolant in summers. It also helps to control diabetes. Also strengthen the bones and improves digestion system. Taste bhi health bhi.

Steps

Collect all ingredients

Heat 1/2 cup water and add tomato puree and grated bottle gourd and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Then add 10 -12 coriander leaves.

Turn off the flame. Cover with a lid and let it cool down

Grind or blend it when it comes down to room temperature

Add lemon juice, sendha namak/rock salt, jaggery powder, black pepper powder, mulhatti, alsi powder, saunth powder, dalchini powder and nutmeg powder to juice and grind/blend again to mix all ingredients.

Transfer juice to glass and blend butter

Garnish with roasted jeera powder and coriander leaves. Healthy and tasty lauki tamatar juice is ready to serve.
