Famous Bengali sweet sandesh looks so beautiful & mouthwatring. I make it first time but thanks to Linima chudgar ji for her recipe I tried to copy her.
Steps

First boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan. After first boil off the flame keep rest for 5 minutes & then add lemon juice.

We make chena so transfer the milk in a muslin cloth for 30 to 40 min. After proper dry put the chena in a plate for set as room temperature.

We add sugar powder in it & smooth the dough with the help of hand till feel oily. I use food colour & rose water. I add it with sugar.

Take a non-stick pan & put the dough in it.For 3 to 4 min we cook it on very low flame. Because of trun the raw taste of chena.

Again transfer it in plate mix some seeds & elaichi powder. Now make the balls press it & touch the thumb on the toe.

This is an othenic shape of sondesh.decorate it with fresh rose petals too much delicious sweet.
