2 cupsall-purpose flour
3 cupswarm milk
Grated carrots (1-2)
2eggs
Sugar
Salt
C.oil

Steps

1

In a bowl grate your carrots. Add sugar, little salt and mix.

Add eggs and continue mixing. Add flour and milk in bits to achieve a thick consistency.

Heat a pan under low heat. Add little oil.

Add your batter and spread in circular. Cook each side till well done.Repeat
